چکیده
We present novel effects of uniform rapid stellar rotation on the minimum mass stable hydrogen burning in very low stars, using an analytic model, and relaxing assumption spherical symmetry. obtain formula for as a function angular speed rotation. Further, we show existence maximum such which is purely artefact The this extremum results admissible value period $\sim 22$ min, below object does not reach main sequence, within ambits our model. For given speed, predict range beyond will evolve into sequence star.

Mass loss of rotating stars at very low metallicity
Some indirect observations, as the high fraction of Be stars†at low metallicity, or the necessity for massive stars to be important sources of primary nitrogen, seem to indicate that very metal poor stars were fast rotators. As a consequence of this fast rotation, these stars, contrarily to current wisdom, might lose large amounts of mass during their lifetime. In this paper, we review various ...
متن کاملRapidly rotating stars with either H burning or He burning core
We have succeeded in constructing structures of realistic models for rapidly rotating inhomogeneous stars in the nuclear burning stages. The nuclear reaction networks both for CNO cycle and for helium burning have been successfully included in the 2D numerical code. Concerning the equation of state and the opacity, we have used the same ones as used in calculations of spherical stellar structur...
متن کاملRotational Evolution of Very Low Mass Objects and Brown Dwarfs
The regulation of angular momentum is one of the key processes for our understanding of stellar evolution. The rotational evolution of solar-mass stars is mainly determined by the magnetic interaction with their circumstellar disk and angular momentum loss through stellar winds, and In contrast to solar-mass stars, very low mass (VLM) objects and brown dwarfs are believed to be fully convective...
متن کاملRotation and variability of young very low mass objects
Variability studies are an important tool to investigate key properties of stars and brown dwarfs. From photometric monitoring we are able to obtain information about rotation and magnetic activity, which are expected to change in the mass range below 0.3 solar masses, since these fully convective objects cannot host a solar-type dynamo. On the other hand, spectroscopic variability information ...
متن کاملPulsation Powered by Deuterium Burning in Brown Dwarfs and Very-Low-Mass Stars
Pulsation powered by deuterium burning in brown dwarfs and very low mass stars has been put forth (Palla & Baraffe 2005) as a novel probe of the interiors of these objects in the 1-15 Myr age range. Previous observations have hinted at variability on the expected timescales of a few hours, suggesting but not confinning that the phenomenon is at work in young brown dwarfs. We have recently carri...
